I like your advice on finding a great Orlando Property Management company. I'm interested in purchasing a home for my self, and have been researching about different typed of property management companies. I also really liked your advice on asking your realitor for their input on a good company, i had never thought of that before.

Great menu. I used it as a presentation album and gotta say it fits perfect. As the customization style is so easy to change the component, at first it was a little bit complicated but after a while it was like playing with toys. I recommend it to you all.

We went to Festival Bay Mall for Monkey Joe's, the train ride and some shopping and it was a COMPLETE GHOST TOWN! The mall is preparing to be torn down in the near future, so there were no stores open. There is no train and no play area for the kids. We went to Monkey Joe's which is $9.04 per kid and was a fun time for the kids.

yeah, this guy is not good people! i was hired to 'fix the books'. i really went in (like the last 20 people in two years and thought. yea, a project! no, this guy needs to be put out of business. he is a slimy bad person. i quit in a few weeks. how you put up with 10 mos, i'll never understand. he is awful!!!!!!!!!! i started my new job on 11/28 and of course instead of my salary of 42k my last ck was minimum wage. because he is just not right. i hired great staff for maintenance but of course i felt awful in getting them a job with such a piece of... you know what.

if there was any way that i could help. i would JUMP at the chance. I'm not sure what can be done... but he needs to be taken out of business. period!

There is a lawsuit pending.
It is an awful place and 'disappointed' doesn't begin to cover it. There is a
class action lawsuit against him. I worked at Bimini Bay for a few weeks and
immediately started to apply for another job. This guy is NOT good people! If
you want to live in a roach and flea invested environment... then jump in. You
get what you pay for. This is NOT an investment property. It's awful. There is
not enough that can be done to fix it because the person behind the ownership of
the development is doesn't have the financing/ability to take care of things.
Your HOA dues are NOT being used appropriately!

Myself and my family stayed at Sunshine Villa the last 2 weeks in Aug this year. The BEST villa we have EVER stayed in. This was the most comfy, homely place we have ever been to. Lisa and Mark have really thought long and hard regarding the luxury and thoughtfulness of their lovely home. We will be coming back, that's a promise!!!

This might be very useful, especially for those selling their vacation homes for the first time -- which might be big earnings! Selling your property take some knowledge, patience and a bit of luck. Like what you said, most people might not be implementing these steps if their Realtor is as yet inexperienced in selling vacation homes. But it would still be better and easier, if people would ask their real estate agent about their experiences here.

Great article and I was wondering if you might have any views on the Orlando Timeshare that is now going on with the announcement from Wyndhams that as of the 14th March I think you can now buy timeshare at the Reunion Resort and I notice you currently have a property listed there on your pink website.
I live in the UK and own several properties on the Reunion Resort and I am not sure if this will have a positive or negative impact on future real estate prices? Any thoughts ? Might make a good article post maybe? I notice you enjoy tea and mine is coffee so next time I am over from the UK I will share a tea and a coffee and talk real estate.
